You may move the panel up, down, left to right, forward, and backward with the Predator X27 premium display stand’s extensive range of adjustments to fit your demands. In order to successfully lessen glare and bothersome reflections from any light sources to the side of the display, the monitor additionally has an anti-glare hood. The outward-extending arms, shaped like diamonds and inspired by geometry, accentuate the chiseled all-metal stand.

When this monitor is working it is glorious, 4K at 120Hz is a beautiful thing. However, it flickers randomly when I have my gaming rig. It’s almost like it shuts off and turns itself on again. The blue light underneath cuts off, the screen goes completely black and then it comes back.

Great monitor Little expensive but you pay for what you get and it’s great

This is an incredible monitor, playing the color and quality of light in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey HDR is breathtaking. I don’t have any audible fan noise at least I have never heard it under normal use.

Best monitor that I’ve ever used. Worth every penny. I’ve had absolutely zero issues or complaints with this monitor after several weeks of use.

Finally no loud fan they must make an upgrade something going keep it for sure this time good job Acer

If you have the hardware to utilise this screen to its full potential then it won’t fail to impress

i find some yellow area on my monitor.

The monitor is great, with high resolution, HDR support, Gsync. However, there is a small problem. The deep sleep cycle is horrible, the monitor will not wake up unless you unplug the cord from the wall. Turn this feature off in the monitor’s menu, then it will wake up like any other monitor.

After 6, yes 6 PG27UQ I gave up on ASUS. I purchased an x27 from Acer as it had the same performance. I just finished setting up, horrible green, and red lips but that is it. I used Pixel Buddy x3 times to go through all the channels and no BLB, dead, or stuck pixels. What a relief!

Hands down the best there is right now. All the reviews I’ve read mention fan noise but they must’ve fixed that because I’ve never even heard it make a sound and I’ve verified that it is spinning.

This brings us perhaps to the only downside that we can see with the Predator X27, for gaming, is that at 27 inches it feels a tad small. We would have loved to see this technology in a 32-inch or even 29-inch display.
Pros:4K HDR with 144 Hz G-Sync, HDR-1000 specification for unmatched and reference level HDR brightness, Peerless color depth, and vibrancy, Best black levels we’ve seen in an IPS display, Wonderful OSD and factory calibration
Cons: Not available yet in Australia, Pricey, Size could have been a bit bigger, Fan and cooling aren’t silent

RTINGS
The Acer Predator X27 is a very good monitor for most uses. It’s well-suited for a brighter office setting but has limited ergonomic options. It has some excellent gaming features, like support for NVIDIA’s G-SYNC technology, but is limited by the relatively high input lag.
Pros: Excellent wide color gamut., Excellent HDR brightness., Image remains accurate at an angle.
Cons: Performs poorly in a dark room.

At RM9999, the Acer Predator X27 is the second most expensive premium gaming monitor in the Malaysian market. The Acer Predator X27 is one of the best gaming monitors to date and impresses through a lavish specification that includes 4K resolution, G-Sync at up to 144Hz, and DisplayHDR 1000 certification.
Pros:4K UHD resolution and 144Hz refresh, Silky smooth Nvidia G-Sync, Impressive HDR credentials, Excellent color coverage, and accuracy
Cons: Costs £1,800, Fan noise is annoying, Halo effect can be distracting

PC Magazine UK
Acer’s formidable (and formidably pricey) Predator X27 is an elite-performing 27-inch gaming monitor that provides 4K UHD resolution, very high brightness, lofty refresh rates, and G-Sync support. It’s the ultimate gaming panel.
Pros:4K UHD resolution, Supports HDR content, Very high rated and tested brightness, Excellent contrast ratio for an IPS monitor, Glare-reducing hood, Stylish, ergonomic mount that provides height, tilt, and swivel control
Cons: Stratospheric pricing, Requires high-performance hardware to get the most out of it

TechRadar UK
If you absolutely must be at the cutting edge you can’t go wrong with the Acer Predator X27. Its popping color and impressive spec list are a must-have for any enthusiast with money to burn.
Pros:HDR really works well here, Colors are strong, 144Hz and 4K is a dream come true
Cons: Requires serious hardware to drive in-game, Price is ludicrous, Pixel density verging on too small, 32-inch would be better

Trusted Reviews
It isn’t without issues but the Acer X27’s combination of 4K, HDR, and 144Hz makes it one of the most desirable monitors you can buy – despite its high price.
Pros: Fantastic image quality, Great gaming performance, Stunning HDR
Cons: Very expensive, Still only a 27-inch display, 4K resolution too demanding

This 27in 4K monitor boasts an exceptional HDR panel with a 144Hz refresh rate – but you’ll pay a big price for it
Pros: Sumptuous HDR color, Fantastic contrast, Decent gaming performance

The X27 is no doubt a very impressive piece of hardware with excellent performance and great HDR support, but the $2,000 price is still ludicrous when you can get a great 1440p, 144Hz G-Sync monitor for about $500. It won’t be as high resolution and won’t provide HDR, but I don’t think the bump to 4K HDR is worth $1,500.By TechSpot on September 13, 2018

The Acer X27 is a very good, versatile monitor that performs best in a bright room. It is marketed as a gaming monitor and has excellent gaming features, including NVIDIA G-Sync and a high refresh rate that delivers a remarkable gaming experience. It is a well-rounded monitor great for any use, and has an impressive wide color gamut and is incredibly bright in HDR. Unfortunately, it has poor dark room performance due to its low contrast ratio even with local dimming, and bad black uniformity.By Rtings on August 16, 2018
