Oppo launched its Reno 11 series of smartphones in India a few weeks ago. However, it is already heard that the company has already started working on the successor of this series, which will be named Oppo Reno 12. Tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed several details about the upcoming series of devices. Also, MSPoweruser has revealed the specifications of the Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro models in their report.
Oppo Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro specifications leaked
According to reports, the top-end model of the Oppo Reno 12 series i.e. the Reno 12 Pro will feature the MediaTek Dimension 9200 chipset, codenamed “MTK DX-2”. This phone will be available with 256GB/512GB storage and 12GB RAM.
Oppo Reno 12 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a curved glass back. A triple rear camera system will be provided for photography. These cameras will be a 50-megapixel primary lens with OIS, a 50-megapixel secondary lens with 2x optical zoom and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. And this handset will have a 50-megapixel selfie lens with autofocus. The Pro model will get a 5,000mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
When will the Oppo Reno 12 series be launched?
According to the report, the Oppo Reno 12 series will be launched in June. However, the exact date is yet to be confirmed. Earlier it was known that this series of smartphones would come with Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 series sub-flagship chipset.
